(How we work)

First we measure. Then you decide.

Before installing anything, we measure how your company works today. With that measurement we propose improvements at a fixed price and, every month, we show you the results in a report. Wherever it matters there is human review: a person checks the result before it is accepted.

We apply the same standard to this website: it is hosted in the European Union and does not use tracking cookies.

01 We measure for two weeks

Everything starts with a diagnostic. We agree with you on three tasks that take up time today: for example, passing measurements to a quote, entering orders in the ERP or loading a supplier's price list. For two weeks we measure how they are done: how long they take, how many errors occur and at which point. The result, in writing, is the baseline: the reference against which we will measure any improvement.

Day 1Kick-off meeting Nothing is modified Task 1 Task 2 Task 3 Day 14ReportHand-over meeting
What you see: the two weeks of the diagnostic, with the kick-off meeting, the measurement of three tasks without changing anything and the report on day 14.

During the diagnostic:

  • We make an inventory of your programs and a map of how they can be connected.
  • We observe the person who does each task during a normal working session.
  • We need a contact person, two one-hour meetings and read-only access to what we agree on.
  • We do not change anything: neither programs nor data.

At the end, we give you a report with the baseline. In it we propose three connections for the tasks where most time is lost today, each with its fixed price and its monthly fee. We also say what is better left untouched. The report is yours even if you decide not to continue.

The diagnostic has a fixed price, which we tell you in the first call. If you contract the first connection within 30 days of receiving the report, we deduct its full amount from the price of that connection.

02 Each connection, at a fixed price

Each improvement is a specific connection: for example, having the orders received by email become drafts in the ERP. Each connection has its fixed price and its deadline in writing, and you know them before deciding. We put them into operation one at a time, starting with the one that is easiest to measure.

Roll-back rule: each connection works independently. If it is removed, everything keeps working as before.

03 A monthly fee with a report

Every month we measure the same tasks again with the same method. We show you the results next to the baseline, in a report and a 30-minute meeting. If something does not improve, you will see it as clearly as we do.

The fee includes reviewing and fixing the connections, and adapting them when a program or a format changes. It also includes support during working hours, with a reply within one working day at most, as set out in the contract.

Working does not mean it is right

Our principle is that "green" does not mean "done". A program marking a task as completed does not guarantee that the result is correct, and artificial intelligence makes mistakes too. That is why there are points of human review, and a program's confirmation is not enough to consider a job finished.

Order 1032 · to the ERP Pending Done The program’s OK personReviewed
What you see: the program gives its approval, but the job is not considered finished until a person reviews it.

What a person reviews

Human review is applied at these points and is always recorded:

  • Every piece of data that moves from one program to another arrives as a draft, and a person on your team confirms it until you decide it is no longer necessary.
  • Everything that commits the company (a quote, a report, a reply to a customer) is reviewed and sent by a person.

Each review is recorded: what was reviewed and who did it.

What we never leave to a machine

There are decisions that, as a matter of responsibility, always belong to a person:

  • Calculations and signatures. Our systems look for information, summarise and prepare drafts; the calculation and the signature belong to the technical professional.
  • Decisions about people, such as selecting, assessing or dismissing.
  • Irreversible actions, such as deleting, paying or sending something final, which always require a person's approval.
  • High-risk uses as defined by the European Artificial Intelligence Act, such as assessing people or assessing creditworthiness to grant loans. We do not carry them out.

The commitments we sign with each company are set out in Who answers.

Which task is repeated most in your company?

The first step is to measure it. We start with a 30-minute call to understand your case and explain what the diagnostic consists of and what it costs.
