We offer artificial intelligence services for companies. We order them from the broadest to the most specific: first what affects the whole company and, at the end, one-off tasks. Everything is designed to measure after a diagnostic and built on the software you already use.
01 Strategy and a complete system for your company
This is the service with the widest scope. We analyse how your company works, decide where artificial intelligence adds value and design a single system that brings it all together.
- Artificial intelligence plan: which processes are worth improving, in what order and at what cost, based on a real measurement.
- System architecture: which programs are connected, where each part runs, what each person uses and who reviews each step.
- Your own infrastructure: we tell you in writing where each part runs and which providers are involved. If you need it, the system is installed on your server or on one located in the European Union, including the artificial intelligence models.
02 Custom software
When a standard program does not cover what you need, we build it or adapt it, always on top of what already works in your company.
- Connections between programs: the ERP, the CRM, technical software, spreadsheets, email and WhatsApp share information. What is written in one program reaches the others without anyone having to type it again.
- New screens on top of old software: if a program works but is hard to use, we put a clearer screen in front of it. What is written on it is saved directly in the usual program.
Each connection is independent and has its own fixed price. If it is ever removed, everything keeps working as before.
03 Processes and documents
Many tasks consist of reading a document and writing its content again in another program. We make the system prepare that work so that a person only has to confirm it.
- Orders, invoices and delivery notes: what arrives by email, by WhatsApp or as a PDF becomes a draft in the program where it belongs.
- Suppliers' price lists and catalogues: they are loaded into the ERP and a report is generated with the prices that go up and those that go down.
Human review: each draft is confirmed by a person on your team, until you decide it is no longer necessary.
04 Search, draft and analyse with your company's data
We put artificial intelligence within reach of each person on the team, connected to the company's own information. You know at all times where that information is kept.
- Internal search: across projects, contracts, data sheets and regulations, and it says which document each answer comes from.
- Draft documents: reports based on earlier projects, site-visit reports from voice notes and photos, proposals and replies to customers.
- Questions to the data: asking in plain language about sales, stock or the hours of a project and getting the answer from the ERP. At a trade counter, for example, you can ask "40 A super-immune RCD, what do we have?".
- Accounts, rules and training: an account for each person, written rules of use and practical training for the team.
Human review: everything that commits the company is reviewed and sent by a person on the team. Calculations and signatures remain the responsibility of the technical professional.
05 Marketing and content
We also apply artificial intelligence to the way your company makes itself known, always as part of a wider project and not as a stand-alone job.
- Digital marketing strategy: a plan supported by data and artificial intelligence to attract and convert customers.
- Website and search ranking: fast, well-structured websites, ready to appear in Google and in the answers of artificial intelligence assistants.
- Content production: texts, videos and images for the website and social media that you cannot tell are not real, with a system that keeps the brand's style.
06 Specific tasks
This is the smallest service: solving one specific task that takes up time today, without the need for a larger project. For example, having the orders from a mailbox arrive as drafts in the ERP, or having a supplier's PDF price lists load by themselves. Each task has its fixed price and its monthly maintenance.
07 The diagnostic, to begin with
It is the starting point of every service. For two weeks we measure how three of your company's tasks are done today, without changing anything. At the end, you receive the measurement in writing and a proposal on where to start, with its fixed price.
Monthly maintenance in every service
A system that nobody maintains stops working as soon as a program, a format or a model changes. That is why all our services come with monthly maintenance, paid for with a fee:
- We check that each part works and fix it if necessary.
- We adapt the system to changes, such as a supplier changing its format or an ERP update.
- We present the results to you, measured with the same method as at the beginning, in a report and a 30-minute meeting.
- If an improvement appears that adds value to what you have installed, we propose it to you. Nothing is changed without your knowledge.

- Management: ERP and CRM, such as Sage 200, Business Central, Odoo or a3ERP.
- Communication: the company's email, WhatsApp and the telephone.
- Technical and design software: for calculation, for quotes and for modelling, including 3D.
- Documents and data: shared folders, PDFs, spreadsheets and databases.
If you use a program that does not appear here, tell us: almost all of them can be connected in some way, even if only through files.
